Walnut Creek and the rest of Contra Costa County are the core of the route. From there we cover five more counties: Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa and Marin. Every weekday run starts at the Walnut Creek office.

Contra Costa County
Our office is here, at 130 Sharene Lane in Walnut Creek. Walnut Creek and Danville sit on the same daily routes, and the housing stock runs heavily to built-in appliances.
Walnut Creek and Danville have pages of their own; we also work in Alamo, Lafayette, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, Concord and San Ramon.
Santa Clara County
The largest county in the service area by population. San Jose alone spans more than twenty ZIP codes, so arrival windows depend on the neighborhood rather than the city.
San Jose, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View and Los Gatos.
Alameda County
Older housing stock in Oakland and Berkeley, with a high share of multi-unit buildings and shared laundry rooms that put machines under heavier duty than a single household does.
Oakland, Berkeley, Fremont, Piedmont, Alameda and the Tri-Valley cities.
San Mateo County
The Peninsula, from Daly City down to Menlo Park. Kitchens here mix mid-century original installations with recent full remodels.

Dense, mostly multi-unit, and access-constrained: building entry, elevators and stacked laundry closets shape how long a visit takes.

The northern edge of the service area, reached across the Richmond–San Rafael bridge. Coverage is real but arrival windows are wider than elsewhere.

How Coverage Actually Works
Being listed here means a technician is routed to that city on weekdays, not that we hold an address there. We publish one address, 130 Sharene Lane, Walnut Creek, CA 94596, because that is the only place we physically occupy. If you ever see a repair company listing an office in every city it serves, those addresses are not real, and Google suspends accounts over exactly that.
Arrival windows depend on where the address sits relative to the day's route, not on the city name. Call early on a weekday and we will tell you straight away whether a same-day slot is still open. We do not take weekend calls.
Places with their own page
Walnut Creek itself is covered on the front page, because that is where the business sits, and the neighborhood page goes down to Rossmoor, Northgate and Saranap. Beyond Walnut Creek, a city gets a page only once we have enough from it to say something specific: completed jobs with photos, reviews from local customers, the full ZIP list, and observations about the local housing stock. Danville currently meets that bar. Publishing a page for a city we have not worked in yet would mean inventing the local detail, and that is worse than not having the page.
