What this site collects

Only what the booking form asks for: your name, phone number, city, and the appliance you need looked at. There is no account to create, no tracking of you across other websites, and nothing on this site is sold to anyone.

What we do with it

We use it to book the visit and to reach you about that visit — confirming the window, telling you when the technician is on the way, or letting you know a part has arrived. The form carries two separate consent boxes, one to let us handle your inquiry and one for text messages, and the second is optional: leaving it unticked does not stop us booking your repair.

Asking us about your information

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (925) 592-3474 or email contact@myappliancerepairman.com and say what you would like done. If you are a California resident, state law gives you these rights explicitly, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
